Contact list not appear sorted in Word due to no such function in Word.
Cause:
The order in which the Contact List appears in Word when inserting an address is the actual order in which Schedule+ stores them. The Contact List can only be sorted in Schedule+.
Solution:
Sort the Contact List in Schedule+.
